What we collect
When you register: your name, mobile number, email, business name, GST number, city and delivery addresses. When you use the portal: your orders, invoices, payments, custom design requests and the files you upload.
Why we collect it
- To verify that you are a registered business (KYC).
- To process, deliver and invoice your orders, and keep your ledger.
- To send order updates — on WhatsApp only if you agree to it.
- To send trade updates, only if you sign up for them.
Who we share it with
Only with those who help us deliver your order — logistics partners, certification labs, our accountants — and with government bodies where the law requires it (for example GST filings). We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is open, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

You can ask us to correct or delete your details, or stop WhatsApp and email updates, at any time by writing to .
