Terms and Conditions

1. Who we are

This website and trade portal are run by , Surat, Gujarat ("Trifon", "we"). The portal is for registered businesses only — retailers, wholesalers, chains, online sellers and brands with a valid GST registration.

2. Accounts

  • Access is given only after we verify your KYC. We may refuse or close an account at our discretion.
  • You are responsible for everyone you add as a user on your account and for keeping passwords safe.
  • Details you give us, including your GST number, must be accurate and kept up to date.

3. Products and descriptions

All stones we sell are laboratory-grown diamonds and are described as "laboratory-grown diamond" on tags, invoices and certificates. Gold is BIS-hallmarked with HUID. Photographs and drawings are for reference; small variations in weight, colour and finish are normal in handmade jewellery. Final weights are stated on the invoice.

4. Prices and orders

  • Prices depend on the metal rate on the day of confirmation, stone weight and making charges. The price shown when you place an order is an estimate until we confirm the order.
  • An order is binding once we confirm it in writing (portal, WhatsApp or email).
  • Made-to-order and custom pieces cannot be cancelled once production has started.

5. Payment and credit

Payment is due as stated on the invoice. Credit, where offered, is at our discretion, up to the limit we agree with you. Overdue balances may pause new orders.

6. Delivery

Expected delivery dates are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address on your order. Please check the parcel seal and contents on delivery.

7. Defects and returns

Report any manufacturing defect within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will repair or replace the piece. Custom and made-to-order pieces are not returnable except for defects.

8. Designs

Designs in our catalogue belong to Trifon. Designs you send us remain yours; we will not sell a private-label design to anyone else.

9. Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
